Of all the coffee that crosses our cupping table this one stands out for its balance, perfect medium acidity and flavor nuances that are at time breath taking. 

This coffee hails from a very special Finca in Brazil and is processed using a process developed there that gives the coffee a depth and nuanced flavor beyond compare. 

Makes excellent  espresso with deep chocolate and toasted nut flavors with cane sugar and brown sugar holding it all together. 

Versatility is number 1 with this special coffee it works any time day or night and makes delicious iced coffees as well as specialty drinks. Stands up well in your fav milk or other blender.
