The first sip yields a delicious graham cracker and maple syrup taste that lends to a medium to heavy body mouth feel, with an underlying maple syrup and brown sugar sweetness. Omar Arango Tinoco is the owner of the farm, an experienced coffee grower that has been awarded many prizes for the quality of the coffee
The average altitude is 1.650 masl. The farm produces a large number of varieties including Gesha, Typica, Pacamaras, Bourbons and other varieties in Natural, Washed, and Honey process.
Tolima department is very well known for the quality of the coffee grown there. Libano on the contrary that most of the coffee growing regions of Tolima that are located in the western branch of the Andes cordillera, is located in the central branch of the Colombian Andes. Its soils are enriched by the ashes of the Ruiz volcano.
